Eurostruct has been based in New York City since 1988. We work as both general contractor and construction manager, almost entirely on design-driven projects for clients who care how a building is made: art galleries and foundations, museums, independent schools, religious and non-profit institutions, sound studios, corporate interiors and high-end residential. Our work is concentrated in occupied buildings, landmarked structures and projects with exacting finish requirements.

We employ approximately 150 people and work from a 22,500 sq ft facility in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, which houses estimating, contracts, accounting and insurance administration alongside our own millwork and steel fabrication shops. Our project managers are based on site and travel between site and office, which keeps a single point of accountability on every job from award through closeout.

We manage our subcontractors directly, and many have worked with us since the inception of our company. We take great pride in our long-standing relationships with our clients and architects, which have resulted in a significant number of successful projects.
