Eurostruct transformed a landmarked 1920s Con Edison substation, the former studio of Walter De Maria, into The Brant Foundation's East Village gallery. The scope ran from demolition of the annex, slab and a north-wall beam to landmark-grade masonry restoration and fully concealed museum systems.
