Eurostruct carried out the installation of Siah Armajani’s Bridge Over Tree for Public Art Fund. It was the first re-staging in nearly 50 years of the 1970 work that debuted at the Walker Art Center in Minneapolis. The 91-foot covered walkway of wood and steel stands on Empire Fulton Ferry Lawn, framed by the Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridges. A central stair climbs up and over a single evergreen tree. The installation opened to the public in February 2019 and remained on view through September.
