Serving as the general contractor, Eurostruct carried out the interior demolition of the cellar and first-floor retail spaces at 536 Broadway, preparing this 4,951-square-foot SoHo storefront for a new Armani Exchange location. Working with Atmosphere Design Group, the team removed the previous tenant’s partitions across both levels, opening the space back up to a clean shell ready for the brand’s build-out. The work was carefully sequenced to protect the building’s existing structure and systems, with no change to use, egress or occupancy, giving the tenant fit-out, filed under a separate application, a clear starting point.
