Serving as the general contractor, Eurostruct executed the complete interior fit-out and transformation of this 6,266-square-foot, third-floor loft at 46 Bowery into a multifunctional flagship showroom and collaborative hub for Vitra. Overlooking the Beaux-Arts gateway to the Manhattan Bridge, the project required stripping the former commercial space back to its structural bones, restoring and exposing the industrial ceiling grid, and pouring a seamless light-gray concrete floor. Eurostruct managed all phases of construction including the installation of bespoke architectural millwork, a custom terrazzo bar, flexible acoustic curtain partitioning, and fully modernized MEP and architectural lighting systems tailored for a world-class design brand.
