Working with Lubrano Ciavarra Architects, Eurostruct built a new four-story condominium building in Greenpoint, a block from the East River. The roughly 10,000-square-foot building has a 'corduroy' brick facade that echoes the bays of the neighborhood's industrial buildings. Its metalwork at the entry references the area's 19th-century ironwork and boat-building history. Inside are a daylit lobby, private and shared gardens and terraces, and a three-bedroom penthouse. The building was designed to LEED and NYSERDA standards.
