The super structure of 8,000 SF upper east side brownstone was replaced with new steel beams and decking. The rear of the building and party walls were extended. Existing cellar was dewatered and underpinned. An additional 130 CY bed rock was excavated. New waterproofing system was installed. Landmarked front facade and stair stoop were restored. A new circular stair and a 6-stop elevator were installed. Interior was finished with oak, marble, ceramic tiles, solid surface, specialty glass and stainless steel.
