Eurostruct completed a full gut renovation and conversion of this historic four-story Upper West Side duplex, transforming it into an expansive, cohesive single-family residence. The project entailed heavy structural foundation work to support a new basement-level rear addition that opens directly to the private garden, alongside complete floor-plan reconfiguration, modernized MEP systems, and custom architectural finishes throughout. Eurostruct managed the entire permitting and inspection process through the Department of Buildings, successfully delivering the home with a brand-new Certificate of Occupancy.
