Anchored by 69 piles, this 30,000 gross SF building was structured with cast in place concrete and masonry. The 5-story building is the first in the US Leed certified commercial gallery. Large 46-foot long skylights were installed over 4,500 SF Main Gallery space with 18′ tall ceiling. The suspended main stair running through all five floors was built with CIP concrete with custom architectural finish. The solid teak panels and tilt-and-turn window frames bring sharp contrast to the designed texture of the architectural concrete facade.
