Eurostruct renovated three connected buildings into a new home for Schwartzman&, Allan Schwartzman's art advisory firm. The ground floor became exhibition space, with offices on the floors above. Eurostruct replaced the ground-floor facade, roofs, skylights and mechanical systems, and installed all new interior finishes throughout. On the fourth floor, the team removed existing partitions and built a new office layout.
