Serving as the general contractor, Eurostruct delivered the first-floor fit-out of the Emporio Armani boutique at 134 Spring Street in SoHo. Working with Atmosphere Design Group, the team first removed the existing non-load-bearing walls to open up the ground-floor retail space, then carried out the full architectural build-out to the design drawings, turning the floor into a finished store ready for the brand. Because the building sits within the SoHo–Cast Iron Historic District, the work proceeded under Landmarks Preservation Commission approvals and was carefully coordinated to protect the building’s historic fabric throughout construction.
