Working with Leslie Gill Architect, Eurostruct renovated a Tribeca loft inside a 19th-century former pipe factory and warehouse. The 45-by-90-foot space keeps its rough masonry walls, a central row of seven cast-iron columns and heavy timber framing. Eurostruct carried out selective demolition and installed new partitions and hung ceilings, creating a refined, adaptable home within the raw industrial shell.
