Eurostruct served as general contractor for White Cube’s first New York gallery, working with HS2 Architecture to turn a 1930 Upper East Side bank building into an 8,800-square-foot space on Madison Avenue. The work began with careful interior demolition, removing old millwork, flooring and partitions to prepare the historic building for its new use. Eurostruct then built public galleries and private viewing rooms across three floors, coordinating with Silman on structural work, Rosini Engineering on building systems and Phillip Monat Lighting Design on gallery lighting. The gallery opened in September 2023, the year White Cube marked its 30th anniversary.
